I CALLED TO CHANGE MY CAR DETAILS TO A NEW ONE, THE CONSULATANT CALLED OFENTSE WAS VERY HELPFULL BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE PREMIUM AMOUNT, SHE THEN TRANSFERED ME TO THELMA WHO MADE ME VERY HAPPY, SHE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME A NICE DISCOUNT ON THE PREMIUM.
