Excellent service from Kgothatso Tlhapi

I recently received my updates cover from MiWay insurance as my anniversary in in May and realised that my excess has gone up and its way too high. Kgothatso explained to me why it did and he made sure it goes down to a reasonable amount including my new premium.<br> <br> He was extremely professional and very polite.
