Excellent service from Jeanine Fourie

i recently had an accident claim on my car and was assisted by Jeanine Fourie as Miway representative, firstly she ensured that i got my preferred service provider. when i was unhappy with the service i received from 'my preferred' service provider she took up the matter with the senior management and ensured that i got treated with respect and got the best service on my car. I even got flowers to say "sorry for the inconvenience" Thank you Jeanine and Miway for always going an extra mile.
