Excellent service from Innocent at Complainrs Department

After logging a complaint on Hellopeter on Monday I was called back from Innocent (Complaint Department) twice (I missed her call ) and mailed to be assisted. Eventually after going to a lot of trouble she got hold of me and was assisted in the utmost professional way. Her service was excellent. The conversation that we had was very the****utic (she has got the most calming and friendliest voice) and yes, she assisted me in every way she could. Innocent, you are amazing!.
