Excellent service from Henry Shongwe

When recieving an update for Miway insurance I was shocked to see how drastically my rates had increased Iwas set on cancelling and asked the agent to put me through to retentions as i knew there was no way they could retain me. I was met by a bubbly voice of Henry Shongwe who was brilliant in his work ethics and definitly understood me as a customer I can honestly say he felt my pain. He not only was able to reduce my increased premiums but it was brought a few rands lower than what i am currently paying. Henry is a champion.
