Callyn Jones was the most helpful insurance agent/ advisor I have ever dealt with ever since I have been with MiWay insurance company. He's is honest and up front with everything. He advise me accordingly on my claims and give me comprehensive feedback with enthusiasm and he definitely knows customer service and the value of it, such employees strive for their clients to be happy, which give a good reason for him to be promoted for his excellent service he has rendered to me. If you have a claim related problems he knows the right channels to follow and help you as snap of a finger. Well done to Callyn Jones for his outstanding service.
