Excellent Service from Call Centre
I would like to compliment MiWay and specifically Nombuso Mvubu who assisted in adding a vehicle to a current policy. Overall we have had only pleasant experiences with MiWay as an insurer. Normally I refuse to contact any call centre because of inefficiency but I must congratulate and thank Nombuso for the most professional service on a personal level that I have ever experienced from a call Centre. Nombuso thank you and keep up the good work.
