Excellent service from both Lerato and Simphiwe and Phumzile

I have been a Miway client for about 7 years now and i have had nothing but praise for the service that i get each time i have a claim or a query. This week I had 2 issues that they handled for me with outstanding outcome: i logged a claim on Friday, submitted the required documents on Monday and on Tuesday my claim was approved and payment confirmed. Lerato Komako was the representative that was helping me. i also requested a review of my policy in particular the current premium and the excess that has been set. i was assisted by Simphiwe Khumalo and he was very accommodating, very professional, he reviewed my policy and i ended up with reduced premium and reduced excess. i am a very happy client.
