Excellent Service from Bongiwe Sikhakhane from Miway.

I was assisted by Bongiwe Sikhakhane, a Senior Retentions Consultant from Miway. I was adding a second vehicle for insurance in my existing profile with Miway. I was not happy with the premium I was quoted by the consultants who assisted me with the quotation and the reasons that were provided to me for such a premium. Bongiwe took her time to listen to me, she did not rush into responding, and when she responded and explained the new premium, she did so in a clear and plain language. I thought I should take this time to complement the service I received from Bongiwe Sikhakhane. In the end I was happy and Miway retained a customer because of her. Big ups to her and I wish she will do the same to another customer.
