Excellent Service from Bongiwe at MiWay

I recently had to cancel my policy with MiWay. While this wasn’t an easy decision, my interaction with Bongiwe Sikhakhane made the process a really positive one.

Bongiwe handled the call with genuine care and professionalism. She wasn’t pushy about trying to get me to stay, but she did take the time to truly listen and ask for feedback on what MiWay could improve. What stood out most was how present she was in the conversation; she made me feel like this was the most important call of her day.

She listened not to defend, but to understand, and that left me with a really good impression of both her and MiWay.
