Excellent Service from Adelaide
My annual premium was increased to something I felt was punitive for being loyal to MiWay and I called and spoke to Adelaide who politely explained what caused the increase. Adelaide showed great sympathy and politeness towards my predicament of not being able to afford the new premium. I'm very happy that she managed to get me a reduced premium but more appreciative for manner in which she addressed my issue
