Excellent Service From A MiWay Consultant

This lady, Poeletso Maloka has just saved MiWay from losing a client. I was on the brink of cancelling my insurance to look for an alternative because they wanted to increase my premium. This did not make sense because 2/3 weeks prior my premium was increased because my night time parking conditions changed from parking behind closed gate to off-street parking.

Then my day time parking conditions changed from parking outside the business behind a "closed gate"to parking inside the business where one can only enter by having their identity and the identity of the car confirmed by security at the gate. So my parking condition was much safer than before, yet my premium was about to be increased.

My premium was about to be increased by about R1000 from what it was a month ago. As any black person would do, I complained. Eventually I was put through to Poeletso whom, after consulting with me, had my premium decreased to less than what it was before the previous increase. She saved me around R1100 just by listening and understanding my situation.

I really hope MiWay does show their appreciation to such employees.
