on 10/09/2020 I enquired on a claim refund. My call was answered by Fiyaad Fredericks and I informed him that I have been waiting close to 10 days and no-one has gotten back tome with a response. I am impressed with the way he served me and his attention to detail. on the 11/09/2020 he called me back with a positive response and my refund was deposited same day.
