I just want to send an shout out to the whole claim dept.. They are absolutely amazing and so very effient.. I had purchased a new car and week later I was in an accident left side of car totally damage wheel and all.. Bear in mind that I had only paid the prorata of first premium at this point.. Let me tell the claim process was so very easy and not a problem given.. Claim was approved and shipped to the panal beaters in 2 days.. There was a situation where the wheel on my car had to be imported but there was a backlog on part and because the tire that was available had a slight difference in thread , miway spares team went a step further to insure mine and family's safety and approved 2 new wheels at no cost to me just so that the thread on the car was the same and my drive was safe.. I salute you guys because never have had an insurance company give a dam about my well being above there finanacal status, there other insurance company's can learn a thing or 2 from you guys .. So thank you and you have a loyal client forever.. Thank you Miway you really do insurance my way
