I called in to request an additional service on my profile, Nqobile assisted me. She went out to check all of my existing cover with Miway to confirm that all is still the same. After everything was done my cover was reduced. Her conduct was so professional and assuring. She made my day. I have been with Miway for this long because of their service, friendliness and honesty.
