EXCELLENT SERVICE !! EXCESS OF R1000 !! THANK YOU MIWAY

<p>i had received an email from miway notifying me of the yearly review and increase , i was unhappy that my premium has increased and my excess has moved from R1000-R4250. very upset i called the call centre and spoke to precious who was willing to asist ,she then put me through to Henry Shongwe who not only dropped my premium but kept my excess to R1000 , even though i was rude Henry remained calm friendly and very willing to help. Im very impressed this is what you call customer service. I will no doubtbly tell all my friends and family about miway :) . thank you miway</p>
