Excellent service....Excellent customer retention

So I contact MiWay via their web-chat to update the address on one of the vehicles under my policy and they increase my premium by more than R100.00 Naturally I'm not happy and I throw a hissy fit. So the junior consultant (Thobani) I was chatting with gets a senior to call me.<br> <br> The senior consultant (Dibuseng) calls me and the end result of the call is something I can only describe as INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC. She does the MiWay magic and manages not only to reverse the increase but to reduce it by a further R100.00.<br> <br> Show me any insurer who can do that.<br> <br> Thank you and well done MiWay.
