I have been dealing with a lady Lerato Komako from Miway when I putting in a claim. From the time she took my call she was extremely helpful and friendly. She requested a service provider to contact us, which came to us the next day. They assessed the claim and sent to Miway. The next day I had a call from Miway to say that my claim was processed.
