Excellent service

I would like to give Ramasela a 10 out of 10 for the wonderful service she gave me. She managed to retain a customer for miway the reason I requested to be called back was to cancel and move to another Sp. She was calm ,friendly and she gave me a chance to say my concerns while helping me. Keep up the good work and the wonderful customer service
