I would like to acknowledge and thus rate Vuyiswa Cele’s impeccable service. I was about to cancel the policy due to some negative and sour experience. I was contemplating a quote from another insurer.

Vuyiswa stepped in and saved the day. She did what I refer to as “Value Transference” which is transferring trust from one party to another.

I could not believe when she told me that she’s still knew.

If paying my premium goes toward rewarding her (meaningfully so) and colleagues of her ilk, I would accept paying a higher premium! She is a formidable asset in MiWay and I hope the business does what’s necessary to ensure that she continues to be the “ray of light in this dark path”.
