Excellent service by Tiisetso Molwele

Had a flat tyre and I contacted MiWay for Roadside Assistance and spoke to Tiisetso Molwele who was extremely helpful and compassionate in understanding my current situation. Although the network was bad where I was stuck. Tiisetso kept in touch regularly while I waited and when the phone call was cut off. I told Tiisetso Molwele I am going to try my puncture fix kit and if it does not work, I will get back to him. It worked. Tiisetso followed up with call while I was driving to the nearest petrol station to put in air in the tyres to check in on how I was doing and whether both me and my vehicle were okay. Such service makes me happy to be a MiWay client, my ref ***7.
