Excellent service by Thato

Had a flat tyre and was in a position where there was no one available to assist me, I called MiWay roadside assitance and i expected to be on the line just to get this done but after following a few prompts my call was answered by Thato who was ready to ensure that i was safe and calm about the situation. Thato asked me quick questions and offered me an efficient service. When he was done taking my details he connected be with the service provider who sent a text immediately to say he was on the way. Thato called within 20 min to check if the provider had arrived of which he hadnt yet and he went on to connect me with the provider over the phone.

Although the flat tyre happened at home, i was happy with the service given and was confident in the service that would be given if i was in a different position.

The only downside would be the impatience that the supplier had when the guy that was meant to help me could not find where i was. Which i felt was unneccesary. But other than that great stuff.

Now i need someone to get me a new tyre...
