Excellent Service by Thapelo Masinga and Kingsley

<p>After a few weeks of frustration and numerous calls to Miway I was finally assisted by Kingsley (Who couldnt take decision on the matter because it was out of his authority), he nontheless tried his best to help and was very polite and understanding. He then referred me to Thapelo Masinga his senior, whose service was excellent. He was polite, understanding and let me get accross my frustration without interrupting me and listened to the concern before commenting. He was able to solve my issue and provide me with a solution that was over and above what I had asked for and expected. These are the kinds of people that make me stay with Miway. Thank you Thapelo and Kingsley. Keep it up.</p>
