18 Feb 2021, 16:35I was involved in an accident in December 2020, i have been struggling with the panel beaters, they kept on giving me false dates of when the car will return, I ended up escalating the matter to the insurance company i am using, which is MiWay.
My frustrations had gotten the best of me, where i was so furious and decided after this whole situation, i am leaving MiWay as they should have taken charge of this back and fourth on my behalf...
A Thabiso Dibakwane was assigned as the Claims Resolution Consultant, the service is provided is beyond excellent, he contacted the panel beaters and provided me with feedback every single day, thanks to his excellent consultant skills, i will be collecting my car tomorrow.
I do not know how MiWay goes about promoting their employees, but Thabiso Dibakwane definitely deserves it,
