Excellent service by MiWay & Tumisang Kolwane

I had a mechanical breakdown in peak hour traffic this morning...very stressful. Managed to use my emergency assist app on MiWay and within a few minutes the extermely friendly, calm and efficient Tumisang Kolwane called me back. Just chatting to him I instantly felt things were under control. And within 30minutes of the call, my car was collected, towed and delivered to the mechanic in a seamless manner. Brilliant service and Thank You Tumisang for taking care of my situation and for the follow up!
