I was assisted by Lerato on my claim whereby my appliances were affected by a power shutdown, which took seven days and after seven days when the electricity comes back they were not working. Lerato is so passionate about her clientele, she makes a continuous follow up to give one the sense of belonging. Her explanations were excellent and I wish if when I took this insurance I had the same explanations I could not have made the mistakes I did. I wish her all the best and she should not end up with me, she should keep the good work up. I was so excited about her service and commend her for that dedication and efforts.
