I was assisted by a gentleman named Carl-lyall August to process my claim. He listened to my story with compassion and understanding, he was very communicative regarding my claim. He kept me in the loop every step of the process and followed up many of the things that were not done correctly by my dealership. Really, he put himself in my shoes and assisted me with diligence and very high standards of professionalism. I really hope his employer sees this and recommends a senior position for him so he can teach his subordinates his telecommunication skills.
