Excellent Service by Anathi Ndumndum

Called the MyWay call center today to cancel my vehicle insurance, spoke to a wonderful lady Anathi Ndumndum who offered me Great service even though i was canceling due to taking up insurance with my employer at staff discounted rates. I must say through the period i was with MyWay my experience has been amazing, never had a question unanswered and never had an issue unresolved. Anathi was no exception, she was patient, very attentive to my reasons for canceling and she objection handled very well. I am sad to be leaving, i will miss the great service offered by your staff... 10 out of 10 Anathi and Thank you.
