Excellent Service Buhle

<p>I had an issue with MiWay and their service to a point where I had started looking for another insurer. A week later I received a call from Buhle Nkuna asking why I am cancelling my cover with MiWay. At this point I was not in the mood to hear anything from MiWay except that your policy has been cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>She spoke to me as if we were friends and as a person who wanted to help me. I explained my situation and she took the time to listen. She explained all I needed to know regarding my query and did not lie to me or pass any responsibility. Because of this and assisting in beating the new insurer’s premium I decided to stay with MiWay. I am very pleased with the service I received from Buhle. I have decided to stay with MiWay because of the excellent service I had received for the past four to five years. To be honest MiWay, Buhle saved you from losing a client.</p> <p> </p> <p>Buhle Nkuna, thank you for such a great service, you should get an increase and a bonus.</p>
