Excellent Service Beyond Measure

On the 22nd of December 2022, my vehicle was ******. I submitted my claim on the MiWay app and within a few minutes a received a call back and the claim process was put in place. A guy by the name Livhuwani Nemandalale was assigned from MiWay to assist me with fast tracking my claim. Livhuwani made me feel MiWay was my family, he comforted me and assured that he will go out of he’s way to assist me with the entire process He drove all the way from their offices and went with me to the scene, he supported me throughout the entire process He then again drove all the way to my Randburg offices to collect the original documents of the car in order for the claim process to be completed He called me throughout the process to give me updates with the entire process up until the time the claim was finalised and payment confirmation was send to me Livhuwani has been very helpful and I thank MiWay for having such an outstanding employee as Livhuwani I wish all insurance companies could have people like him in their employ. I feel so happy and relieved that everything is over now and I didn’t expect the claim to have been completed within less than 3 weeks I’m planning on recommending MiWay to all my family and friends Thanks for the hassle free experience
