I had a very informative call with Collen (Senior Advisor) with assisting me cancel my policy due to financial difficulties, he made the process very easy and explained what other options were on the table and even offered a reduced premium to try and assist me hence I am coming back to do things MiWay once again as soon as I am on my feet.
