********* broke into our residence and accosted a little girl when she discovered them in the lounge. A very traumatic experience for all concerned, especially for the little girl. The claim was duly paid out by Miway, although there were a couple of discrepancies on our part. Miway, and in particular, Andre Koekemoer, were understanding and sympathetic throughout the whole process. Hats off to him and the whole claims team who showed wonderful traits of professionalism, courtesy, integrity and knowledge. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
