Excellent service and very efficient

On the 16th of August 2015 i had a car accident and after calling MiWay insurance, a towing truck was dispatched to the scene of the accident within 15min. My claim handler at MiWay was Ms Masechaba Mohale and she then informed me that my assessor will be Mr Terry Terblanche. He called me on the 17th and we arranged to meet and discuss what actually happened on the day of the accident. He was very professional, great attitude, dedidcated and articulate during our meeting and i explained to him how the accident happened and also went to the scene of the accident. He explained to me all the processes and documents that are required for my claim. After our meeting, he kept me informed almost on a daily basis about what is further needed from me and the progress of the claim. Its been a traumatic event for me since the accident but he made me feel important and no amount of words will ever be enough to explain how thankful and indebted i will forever be to him throughout the time. My claim was finally settled on monday (30 November 2015) and MiWay Insurance are my obvious choice as im about to get another car soon. Why any other way when you can use MiWay Insurance?
