Excellent Service and Etiquette

Warning to Miway about Mr Marvin Modau... one day when I run a big company I will headhunt him for my Sales/Markerting/Retention department. What a pleasure it was to deal with him. Normally when you engage with people late in the day the energy is low and there is impatience. He was a shooting star as he engaged me and “convinced” me to stay with Miway without making me feel like I didn’t have another option. In isiZulu I would call him isoka! His conduct was very professional, lively and friendly. Well done to Miway for having him as part of your family!
