Excellent Service and Empathy

I would like to share the Excellent service I received from MiWay insurance consultant Mr Ntokozo Sibeko. I just left work(just after 5pm), on my way home when my car gave me problems and I had to stop on side of the road. I called my car insurance (MiWay) for assistance, the consultant(Ntokozo Sibeko) was very friendly, very calm in a way that he wanted to make sure that he understood me, was very clear on his delivery when it was his turn to speak and he explained the process of getting my car to safety . I had about R6 airtime in my phone but it was enough to call MiWay and get help. Ntokozo also gave me an alternative of sending my location via whatsapp instead of trying to tell him my location over the phone. The consultant kept checking up on me/also letting me know what's going to happen next, even though I was getting sms from MiWay but he made that call anyways, it felt like he was there on the side of the road with me. He even checked up on me while I was in the tow truck, making sure that the car was loaded onto the truck/safe, where we were and I was safe.
