Excellent service and communication by Violet Sibanyoni

I was rear ended by a taxi and was absolutely disappointed to think that I would have to pay an excess to get my car fixed when the situation was not my fault at all. After tracking the taxi owners details and confronting him - he advised me to go through my insurance company which I did not want to do purely for the reason that I did not have an excess amount . After speaking to a few consultants who were strictly bound by procedures I was then transferred to a team manager Violet Sibanyoni , at that point I was already furious and annoyed as all I wanted was for my insurance company to get into contact with the other party and retrieve his insurance details for me, which Violet gladly did but was unable to get the insurance details due to the other party obviously having many incidents like this in the past wanted to buy time and requested a legal document from my insurance company which they could only submit once I filed a claim. Violet was extremely empathetic and sincere , learned and vastly knowledgeable with insurance claims. She calmed me down and even flipped my mood from rage and calm even managing to make me laugh at the situation which I am grateful for, she also explained to me the disclaimer option that Mi way had and that worked out perfect for me in terms of fixing my car on my own. I have been with MI way since 2015 and haven't had a reason to call them until now and some people say you only know how terrible your insurance company is when you need them the most , In my situation its the opposite. I am grateful for the communication , advise and quick turn around that I received and I am very thankful to have Mi way at my side when need be. Violet Sibanyoni you are truly an asset to Mi way. I am currently dealing with Gift who is now in chase of my excess from third party and I hope he is successful and just as good as the rest of the team.
