EXCELLENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

I had recently received an insurance premium review and wasn't happy with the proposed premium. I then phoned MiWay regarding this, and was promised a call-back. I received the call-back this morning and a very friendly and efficient Selina Kadiege was on the phone assisting me. She then asked that I kindly stay on the line while she tried to arrange for a more suitable premium, and she managed to do just as she had promised. Excellent service. Staff member truly worth retaining! I'm doing insurance my way, with the help of Selina Kadiege!
