Excellent service and advice by Zandili Gamede. After I got a shock of a 33% premium increase due to a recent claim she explained that if I increased excess it would reduce premium. Ended up paying less than I currently pay and my excess gets wavered if I claim via the app. Def a win. Thanks miway.
