Excellent service all round!!!!

I booked a we drive for Saturday 05 Dec at 20:00. I immediately received a confirmation sms wih a reference number. The call centre operator was friendly and informative since i had not used this service before she took her time and answered all my questions. The drivers arrived on time despite the pouring rain and I immediately received a call from the call centre confirming that all was in order. The driver also called to notify me they had arrived. I am impressed with the care he took driving my vehicle, carefully manouvering around the puddles of water and speedhumps sticking to the speed limits. He was also very cheerful, entertaining my very enthusiastic 6 year old son who giggled as he re-enacted the advert. Apart from not receiving confirmation of which team would be dispatched (which really didnt matter, since i had a reference number) i would rate this service 9.8 out of 10! I will most defenitely be using this service again and bragging to my friends and family!!!!!
