Excellent Service after a disappointing engagement

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the excellent service received from Sesi at the claims. The circumstance regarding the towing of my car was precarious to say the least, however her smart way of dealing with the matter and how she was able to keep me informed at each step of the way on whats going on since i wasn't with my car was outstanding.
