Dealt with Bongiwe, because I wanted to cancel my contract. Not only was she pleasant and professional,well vested with the subject at hand, she reviewed my current policy and offered me the better deal. She advised me of my rights and options I never knew about. She really was my shero for the day, a rockstar!
