I called Mi Way to cancel mu insurance with regard to the challenge I was experiencing. Instead of rushing to cancel my insurance Ms Sibahle Nkuna referred me to a Senior Consultant Mr Itumeleng who looked for alternative way to assist me as oppose to cancelling my insurance cover. I must say the manner in which they assisted me was professional and with patience that indicated that they care about their customer.
