Excellent Service

I would like to thank Bongiwe from Retentions for an excellent services. My initial query was to cancel my policy as I couldn't keep up with the annual increase with everything going around, I was ready to go. She manage to reduce my premiums to an affordable amount and exceeded my expectations. Even when my call kept on being cut and my line was really bad she would call back. Thank you so much.
