Excellent Service!

I recently had to claim for household goods after a power surge. Being my 1st time submitting a claim, it was quite daunting, but from the very 1st call I was at ease. The whole process was effortless with not a worry. <br> Recently the one item became faulty and not knowing what to do, send an email through the Miway website, within 5 minutes I received a call. In 10 minutes a replacement was arranged and case closed. <br> Miway, I AM IMPRESSED WITH YOUR SERVICE. A special thanks to Monique Kritzinger for her excellent service both times. Wish there were more people with the willingness to offer such a great service. Now i know who to ask for when I need to call again. :)
