He clearly explained to me the importance of tracking device and the relationship between the tracking and the insurance company. I have been told of the traching system before but not enough information was provided to me. It made me decide not to fit in the tracking device because i saw it as an added debt. After he explained to me I quickly made a choice to take the tracking device system.
