Excellent service!!!!

For over eight years, I’ve had comprehensive insurance without a single claim—until the unfortunate day I was rear-ended while stationary at a stop street, waiting for traffic to clear. From my first call to MiWay, when the incident occurred, to today, when my car went in for repairs (due to a delay in the panelbeater sourcing a new bumper), the experience has been nothing short of excellent.

MiWay handled everything seamlessly, including arranging a rental car for me through Avis this morning. Within minutes of speaking to MiWay, I received a call from Avis to finalise the details. The call center agents have been amazing—efficient, helpful, and truly a pleasure to deal with.

Now I just hope MiWay van recover my excess and their cost for the repair from the party at fault.
