Excellent service

I lodged an insurance claim for my ****** cell phone on 24/01/2023 on the MiWay App. Mashudu Mtombeni was the assigned Claims Advisor. Within no time she contacted me, verified few details regarding the incident. I delayed sightly to supply additional information requested. On receiving the information, my claim was approved and settlement options given to me on 26/01/2023. On 27/01 a supplier phoned to arrange delivery of a new phone. This is now excellent service I expect from my insurer. As I honour my monthly subscriptions, I expect efficient service in instances where a claim is lodged. Well done MyWay.
