13 Sept 2023, 17:40I'm actually withdrawing my rating about you guys, how can I have a tyre insurance with you and expect me not to claim for a damaged tyre ad now you sending me the email about my claims profile being affected, I last claimed last year october and this year September, so if I'm driving and having damage on my tyres I don't need to claim from you because I've claimed the previous year, you never told me that when I joined and I always thought if I'm having a problem with a damaged tyre you guys will assist, you guys are ****ming people so I am definitely going to cancel this thing before you damage my profile with my current insurer! I'm so disappointed of you coz you getting my premiums with no fail but but you complaining when it's time to do what you signed for. And this means if I can have a damage tyre again today you can't approve my claim yet I insured it with you. You guys are not good at all.
