<p>Hello Peter My name is Nobesuthu, i would like to extend my greatest appreciation to Diego Phasha who works in Miway, he assisted me today regarding my car policy no ***1. i phoned in to update them regarding my change for my new residential address on where my car will be parked and i also wanted my premiums to decrease and guess what! not only did my premiums decrease, even my access fee. What more can a customer ask for. Now i trust their telephone voice note that says " MIWAY WHERE WE DO INSURANCE YOUR WAY''</p> <p>Most of the what make customers hop from insurance to insurance , sometimes its just bad service , starting from the person who pick up the call and sometimes a consultant who lacks knowledge on the product. Point being Diego was informative, friendly, patience and wanting to know more on what my expections are as a customer and also provided information on other products. May we have more consultants like Diego.</p>
