<p>Just to say thanks to Keneilwe Leroke for her excellent service. She took her time to listern to my previous recordings in order to sort out my policy issue. Even after the issue is resolved, it she called me sevaral times just to make sure she get hold of me to explain the outcome over the phone. Thanks Keneilwe and keep up the good work.</p>
